Julia's healthy homemade granola

1/2 to 3/4 cup of liquid honey
1/2 cup of oil
1 tablespoon natural vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of salt

1. Melt these 4 first ingredients over stove in a small saucespan.
2. Pour into a large roasting pan (a big one like for roasting a turkey!!)

3. Add these ingredients to large roasting pan:
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of wheatgerm
2 cups of unsweetened coconut
7 cups of uncooked oatmeal flakes
*Now here is what I love: Add anything but the kitchen sink: raisins, chopped up dried apricots, cranberries, nuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts, etc. Whatever you have in the pantry. You get a different reicpe every time.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes.

Enjoy as your main cereal, on other cereals, yogourt, etc.
